Over the holiday weekend, avoiding the beach crowds, I took these photos of Martinique town homes.
Martinique is offered as rental housing. Martinique will have all the design features and amenities of other Neil Communities town homes, like North RIver Ranch in Parrish or Fiore in North Venice.
I do not handle rental properties. I wrote this post because I anticipate Martinique will be confused with traditional "for sale" residential housing, and because as a Lakewood Ranch new homes specialist, I get lots of calls from buyers looking for help and information.
