Cresswind is the active adult lifestyle brand of Kolter Homes.

Kolter is a major home builder, and is active in the Naples/Ft. Myers area, as well as in Georgia and the Carolinas. They are also building 500 new homes in a community called Artistry in Sarasota. They build large condominium projects as well, including The Mark in downtown Sarasota, and the new Ritz Carlton Residences.

The 250 acre site for Cresswind is located just north of Lakewood National, on the newly extended Uihlein Road at SR-70. This will be the builder's 8th Cresswind community. There are currently 10 Cresswood model homes open in Lakewood Ranch.
