While working with potential clients interested in Lakewood Ranch, I'm getting more and more questions and requests about new homes in Parrish.
Parrish is directly north of Lakewood Ranch. It's generally the area between the Mantee River and Erie Road. Unlike Lakewood Ranch, it's not a master planned community.
You will however find the newer homes do have CDD fees associated with them, to cover building and maintenance of infrastructure like roads, sidewalks, drainage, public water and sewer. The newer homes in Parrish generally have a scaled down level of amenities compared to Lakewood Ranch, which helps keep HOA fees lower.
