Three more new home communities are coming to Lakewood Ranch.
The first is Park East at Azario, by the same builder as Esplanade at Azario. Residents of Park East will not have golf privileges at Azario, and will offer smaller homes on smaller home sites. Pricing has not been released. It's located just north of 44th Ave, west of Uiehlien Rd.
Next is Sweetwater at Lakewood Ranch, located opposite of Park East and just north of Cresswind. It will likely resemble it's sister community Woodleaf Hammock in price, floor plans, and amenities.
On one of the remaining last major pieces of land in Lakewood Ranch, Star Farms is coming to the far northeast quadrant (just north of Sweetwater). Star Farms will have 1500 residences, resort style amenities, and different builders including DR Horton.
