I understand that many of you reading this blog are hoping for a real estate market price re-set in Florida, but I don't see that happening in the near future.
We have a historic shortage of homes for sale inventory, historic demand, and a shift in the work culture, that will continue to put Florida and the Sarasota area in particular, at the top of articles like this one.
