Four new neighborhoods are in the works in Lakewood Ranch.
These new neigbhorhoods will be built on vacant land surrounding the lakes at Waterside. If you're in the area, you'll see the sites being prepped by builders right now.
Nautique will be built by M/I Homes. 222 single family homes are planned.
Emerald Landing will be a David Weekley neighborhood, with 200 homes.
The Alcove by Neal Communities will have approximately 180 homes and will be a Neal Signature development. Prices will start just over $1 million.
Avanti is a Pulte community with 166 single family homes and villas, about half the size of neaby Sapphire Point.
These 4 communities combined will be about half the number of homes in Star Farms.
