My latest travels took me to Woodleaf Hammock. It's located off Gateway Avenue, just south of SR64. It's directly across Gateway from Arbor Grande, in the northern end of greater Lakewood Ranch.
There are two builders in Woodleaf Hammock: one is building town homes, the other is buildign single family homes. Town homes start in the mid $200's; single family homes start in the high $300's.
