A new luxury home community is coming to Lakewood Ranch called Wild Blue.
The builder, Stock Development, has used this name for a similar neighborhood between Fort Myers and Naples.
From what I can gather from public records, the Lakewood Ranch location for Wild Blue will be just east of Lorraine Road, just north of Windward, and west of portions of Lakehouse Cove in Waterside.
Home buyers can expect a resort-style club house and expansive lake view home sites.
