Sweetwater is one of the last 4 new communities to be built in Lakewood Ranch.
Construction is progressing here, although slowly, because of the well-publicized shortages of labor and materials.
Expect a smaller list of amenities, along the lines of the builder's other Lakewood Ranch community, Woodleaf Hammock. There will be single family homes with 2 stories, as well as paired villas.
Prices have not been announced, because of fluctuating prices of building materials.

However, you do need a Realtor (me), acting on your behalf as your buyer's agent. Today's prices make it even more important to have a Realtor working for you.
Builder's advertised prices are the same when you have a professional new home specialist on your side. The builder's sales associates know their product, but probably can't recommend alternatives to you outside the community they're selling.
