Here's an update on Star Farms new homes in Lakewood Ranch. Star Farms is located east of Uihlein Road, just north of Sweetwater and Cresswind.
Star Farms will have multiple builders, with 1500 eventual residences on 700 acres. New constuction here hasn't begun yet, as the site's infrastructure is being completed.
DR Horton will be one of the builders. Other builders will be announced, and will be posted here on this site when more information is available.
I estimate home sales won't begin here until late summer 2022 if the current building supply chain issues continue. After that, it may take a year for the first residents to move in.
