I have new video of Park East Azario in Lakewood Ranch.
Despit the phone calls I'm getting, YES there is a lot of new construction happening in Lakewood Ranch and Park East is no exception.
Homes here are mostly large upscale family homes. The builder is also selling homes in Esplanade at Azario. Park East has no golf privileges and will have it's own amenities center. You may also notice that homes in Park East are less densely situated than some of the other new home communities in Lakewood Ranch.
