There's a lot of dirt being moved around lakefront areas in Lakewood Ranch. These areas are especially visible from Waterside Place.
Five new home communities are in the works. Each has about 200 homes planned. Take a look at these photos I took from my drone in the past week.
The photo below encompasses 3 of the 5 new communities in the works: The Alcove, Avanti, and Emerald Landing. Avanti and Emerald Landing will offer single family, villas, and town homes. This photo looks east, and shows what I believe to be a combination of Kingfisher Estates, a semi custom luxury home community, and Nautique, which will have single family homes and town homes.

I gathered this information about builders and locations from several sources, none of which were particularly clear. I'll update this post as more information becomes available.
Remember, new homes cost the same as the builder's advertised prices, when you are working with your own Realtor. Make sure to get your Lakewood Ranch real estate information from a local, 100 percent full time Realtor.
