There are at least 4 new home communities in the pipeline in Lakewood Ranch. Today I toured two of them (actually, I flew my drone over them).
The first is Cresswind. It's a 55 and over community to compete with Del Webb. Look how fast construction has progressed here, from December 2018 when it was just dirt, to the photo I took today:
