I recently toured Hidden Creek town homes in Lakewood Ranch. I found them to be a breath fo fresh air, compared to the offerings of most national builders.
My first impression of Hidden Creek is that the units live more like a single family home, with the benefit of being maintenance free. The two story floor plans are large (2100 to 2800 square feet of living space) and provide the openness most home buyers are looking for.
Two models are currently available to tour. One is designed with a more relaxed coastal theme, and another is sleek and contemporary.
There will be 44 units in Hidden Creek. Condo fees are $442 monthly, and there are no CDD fees. Prices range from the high $300's to the high $500's. Two pets are allowed.
