Yesterday I attended a very informative seminar by DR Horton, and learned they will be building a new home community called Solera.
Solera will have 639 homes, and is scheduled to open for sales in late 2019, in time for peak season.
Solera (blue shaded area) is located north of SR 70, off Uiehlien Road, between Lakewood National and Kolter's 55 and over community now under construction called Cresswind at Lakewood Ranch (green shaded area).
