Many of you have expressed interest in Cresswind, a 55 and over new home community in Lakewood Ranch. In case you don't know, Cresswind is located north of Lakewood National, north of SR 70 on Uihlein Road.
Construction in Cresswind is moving along quickly. I recently took this photo of the entire site from my drone. You can see their amenities center under construction, set on a peninsula on one of the lakes.
