The builder for Azario at Lakewood Ranch, Taylor Morrison, has created an app to purchase a new home online. Since I make my living by helping buyers with their real estate needs online, I think this is a great idea.
In their app, they will have a list of available homes to choose from. You can click to "Reserve this Home". Once your reservation is confirmed you'll have 24 hours to sign the sales contract with the builder.
If this seems like a lot of pressure, I agree. There is huge demand for housing in Florida. The builder is asking you to make a big decision within 24 hours. This is where I can be of help to you.
