Construction has begun in Avanti, one of the newest new home communities to come to Lakewood Ranch Florida.
Avanti is located in Sarasota County, off Lakewood Ranch Blvd east of I-75.
Avanti will have a combination of single story paired villas, town homes, and smaller single family homes, for a total of 155 residences. The builder says prices will start in the low $300,000's. I expect your "out the door price" will be closer to $400,000 after home site and design options are included. The estimated opening date is early 2023.
