New construction homes continue to be a factor in the Lakewood Ranch real estate market, but less so in the short term.


If you are thinking about selling your home, you'll have a lot less new construction competition, as major new construction communities like Indigo and Solera are sold out or close to it, and more new construction inventory in Calusa National and Catalina Del Webb won't open until spring 2025.
