The new year brings us a lot of new homes activity on the vacant land surrounding the lakes at Waterside in Lakewood Ranch. One new community will be called The Alcove at Waterside.
The Alcove will have larger, executive homes, with close proximity to Waterside Place amenities, including a new splash park, planned water taxis, and connection to the Lakewood Ranch trail system. The Alcove will be one of the more walkable neighborhoods in Lakewood Ranch. Expect completed prices $1.5-$2 million plus, not including home site.
These luxury homes should be more customizable than you may be used to from some of the larger national builders, and will have unbelievable water views. As of this writing I haven't seen a site map for the community, but I've read there will only be 57 homes built here.
